Urban Soil Health Specialist

The Urban Soil Health Program seeks an Urban Soil Health Specialist to cover 22 counties in Northwest Indiana, based out of Lafayette or central to the Northwest region.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
The ideal candidate is highly motivated to serve urban and small-scale farmers to implement soil health practices and work closely with Indiana’s conservation agencies. They are eager to travel to work with multiple stakeholders and do education and outreach. They are independently motivated with strong teamwork and collaboration skills. They ideally have on-farm experience on diversified farms.
